How to Make Sprouts and Sprouting Jars!
Sprouts are incredibly healthy and also a cheap way to eat organic.. Honestly after trying them, I realized that it is a necessity when eating organic food. After recently converting to Organic, and having such low-variety at first; I began to feel very deficient in certain nutrients. These sprouts really gave me that boost I was looking for!
It is much cheaper to use sprouts for your greens.. Because they can keep much longer as beans, and then you just sprout them open when you are ready! They could also be a great survival food for long term storage. The sprouting actually changes the nutrient composition, allowing you to store greens and protein in a single batch!
