The housing bubble has been severely re-inflated.. There is only a single house for sale I could find in the neighborhoods.. but anyone really deep in the business would know the banks are holding houses off the market to keep prices up!!

I actually talked to some of the people moving into this neighborhood and they are ALL over paid liberal gov't workers. And not just that they are actually moving from the 10 year-old-rich neighborhood right next to this!!
